Since our establishment, we have devoted ourselves to making delicious noodles and helping to create a prosperous restaurant.

Today,Yamato Seisakusho has the top share of the small noodle-making machine market in Japan, and the number of graduates from the Udon, Soba, and Ramen noodle schools that we have operated for more than 20 years exceeds 6,000 worldwide.
The new Covid-19, which raged around the world, has greatly disrupted the social order and made the future that was supposed to come five or ten years from now come true in one fell swoop. It has also had a tremendous impact on the restaurant industry in Japan, with the udon and soba restaurant market shrinking significantly from over 1,314.4 billion yen in 2019 to 961.3 billion yen (73%) by 2020.

As a result, many udon and soba restaurants have been sacrificed. However, in order to survive strongly in the future era of Corona, high quality and high service that is second to none are more essential and important than ever.

Since last year, I have visited many strong restaurants that have overcome the Covid-19 disaster by using Sansho’s noodles. Many of these restaurants are thriving despite the unfavorable surrounding environment, and I am grateful to have received comments from customers that their sales did not drop even after the Corona disaster, thanks to Sansho’s noodles.
